REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR LEGAL CEREMONIES IN CUBA
- General Documents
- Valid Passport with the corresponding Visa
- Birth Certificates
Specific Documents:
- If single, Single Certificate
- If divorced, Divorce Certificate.
- If widowed, Marriage Certificate and Death Certification of the former spouse.
- Birth Certificate and All specific documents should be translated to Spanish.
- The Single Certificate expire in six month.
- The Original Documents in its Language and the translation to Spanish, both documents should be legalized by the Cuban Consulate in the country of origin.
- Also before your wedding or at least six (6) weeks before your arrival must be send by e-mail to the Wedding Coordinator the following:
- The first page scanned of yours Passports.
- All the documents scanned (Original language and translation to Spanish) legalized by the Cuban Consulate.
They must be check for your Wedding Notary. - Two Witnesses are necessary for your Wedding. They cannot be blood related to the Bride or Groom and must be older than 18 years. If you want we can provide them.
