07:30 Departure for Trinidad, via Cienfuegos
The City of Cienfuegos (UNESCO World Heritage Site) is chic and is a feast for the eye of an architect. Founded by French emigrants from Bordeaux and Louisiana in 1819, Cienfuegos is unique compared to other colonial Cuban cities, previously founded by Spaniards. The beating heart of the city is Parque José Martí flanked by government buildings, a cathedral, art gallery and the Teatro Tomás Terry. Visit the eclectic Palacio Del Valle (an architectural cocktail of Gothic, Moorish and neoclassical styles).

Starting the Tour of the City of Trinidad established by the Spaniards in 1514 and lined with cobblestone streets and colorful houses, the town of Trinidad is easy to wander around and almost every scene offers superb photographic opportunities – from locals casually smoking their huge cigars on the doorsteps of their homes to old Chevrolets cruising by. Visit Santa Ana and the Major Square. Entrance to the Cantero Palace, entrance to the Canchanchara Bar with a welcoming drink.
