09:00 Starting the tour of Old Havana from the Templete, where Havana villa was founded in 1519. Visit Plaza de Armas and all other Squares of Old Havana: San Francisco de Asís Square, then to Old Square, visit the Cathedral Square. Seeing the monuments and buildings more relevant from the different centuries all well preserved, the Palacio del Segundo Cabo, the Cathedral; entrance to the Museum of Capitanes Generales.
12:30 Luncheon at La Mina Restaurant or similar in Old Havana Area
Visit to Havano House in Old Havana, in this place you can also see processing the leaf of tobacco to produce a handmade havano cigar by one of the best Roller in Cuba, Tasting a Habano accompanied by a Cuban Coffee and a glass of the best Rum of Cuba
15:30 the tour continues by Bus going through classic and prestige Prado Avenue, the Grand Theater of Havana, the Central Park, stop at the Capitolio Building. Continue to Colon Cemetery (from the outside), one of the most historical cemetery of the world and the most significant in Latin American with more of 500 mausoleums, chapels and family vaults; enjoy some of the most relevant mansions of the Vedado on Paseo Avenue, President Avenue, 17 Street between others, visit the University of Havana, the Coppelia building, the Rampa, the first Hilton built outside USA in the fifties, The Revolution Square, The Seaboard, etc.
17:30 Visit to the External area of Morro Cabaña Fortress with a wonderful view of Havana from the other side of the Bay. Special opportunity for photos
19:30 Optional Dinner at Vista Mar Restaurant located in Miramar Neighborhood or similar
20:30 Optional Entrance to Havana Cafe to experience a performance of the Buena Vista Social Club´s saga (Life music performance by musical groups with some member of the Buena Vista Social Club, crème of la crème musicians, best known performance of the traditional and popular Cuban music.

09:00 Departure to Finca Vigia, entrance to Ernest Hemingway Museum to learned about this important North American writer and the time he lived in Cuba.
Departure to the fishing town of Cojimar, located east of Havana. The renowned US writer frequently visited this town and where he stored his boat El Pilar. Cojimar is the town where lived his dear Cuban friend, the late Gregorio Fuentes who accompanied Hemingway in all of his adventures through the waters of the Gulf
Appreciate all the pictures of Hemingway in Cojímar at restaurant La Terraza de Cojímar during the fifties, place where he used to chat with fishermen and with his very good friend Gregorio also the captain of his Yacht Pilar,

14:00 Visit the Hotel Ambos Mundos where you entrance to see the hotel´s room used by Hemingway during his first trips to Havana in the 30´s .In that room he wrote important part of his famous novel For Whom the Bell Toll. He used that same room at the Hotel before he decided to move into Havana with his wife and bought the Finca Vigía,
Visit El Floridita Bar, the preferred bar of Hemingway in Havana, try the best Daiquiri in the world (included)

Departure to Viñales, 2.30 horus drive road with stops as needed.
Visit the Tobacco Farm to appreciate the crop of the Tobacco Leaf and the process of drying the leaf after it is harvest.
Then move to the Viñales Valley, visit the Viewpoint of Los Jazmines
Luncheon at local restaurant
After lunch entrance to the Painting Wall about the prehistorically life in the area which is the oldest geological structure in Cuba which emerge from the bottom of the Sea
Visit the town of Viñales, then continuation to Havana
